Tonight, I went to Walgreens and along with my coupons, I purchased $12 dollars worth of items and received $11 dollars in rewards back to use on my next shopping trip.

All for $2.00 dollars.
Basically everything was free except for the cereal boxes which cost 50 cents each. Which made the total $2 dollars.

Then I purchased 2 Schick Hydro 5 cartridges which were B1G1 Free ( retail price of $12.99 each), so at only $12.99 for both, I had 2 $2 dollar off coupons which brought the price down to $8.99 & I used the $7.99 off my next purchase coupon which brought the price down to $99 cents.
I also bought 2 Arm & Hammer dryer sheets which were B1G1 Free (retail price of $4.69 each), so at only $4.69 for both, I had 1 $3 dollar off 2 coupon which brought the price down to $1.69.
I also bought 2 cans of Friskies (retail price of $57 cents) and I had a B1G1 Free coupon which brought the price down to $57 cents.
So the total for everything was $ 3 dollars and some change & I still had $3 dollars left on the CVS gift card, so I only paid the tax plus the leftover change which came up to $1.03 out of pocket.

Pathmark had a 2 day sale of Tripling coupons up to $1 dollar. I knew this 2 weeks in advance so I ordered coupons of Ebay to be prepared. I could have gotten much more but just about everything was sold out by day two.
The limit was 10 coupons per person per day, so I had planned for myself, my mom & my husband to each check out with 10 coupons per day, but it ended up being about 1 day's worth of coupons combined because so many things were out of stock.
