The Science "Behind the Streams"

Years of research and development have yielded the creation of MistyMate® personal and patio misting systems. Our superior range of systems deliver continuous streaming, ultra-fine mist that will immediately cool surrounding air and body temperature. Misting works on the basic concept of evaporative cooling. When cool mist is propelled into warmer air – much like the spray from ocean waves – it evaporates and lowers the body and surrounding air temperature.

The use of MistyMate® products for evaporative cooling can lower the ambient temperature as much as 30ºF (15ºC) in high heat conditions. This is accomplished by pressurizing H20 and then forcing it out through our specialized nozzles – creating very tiny droplets. These droplets are so small that they instantly flash-evaporate on the skin under dry conditions.

When micro droplets of mist touch the skin, their small size stimulates the cells and they evaporate simultaneously. Likewise, human skin absorbs these tiny spheres of moisture effortlessly – hydrating and replenishing the skin’s moisture, cooling the body, with the unique ability to leave the skin dry to the touch."

My Review:

I am review the Misty 3 & Arctic Tie.

I love this product so much! It is incredibly refreshing and the water pressure is soft on my skin unlike a regular spray bottle. It's very easy to use, doesn't need batteries and fits in my purse. The MistyMate 3 is a must have on a hot day especially when you are outside, it makes an enormous difference. I remember when I first saw the video on how the MistyMate works, it looked like pure heaven and it feels and works exactly as it's shown in the video, exactly. Not all products do but this one is 100% awesome! And very affordable.

When I saw the Arctic Tie, I knew I had to try it because I couldn't understand how a tie could keep me feeling cool on a hot day and especially when the water it's soaked in isn't cold so I was very curious and I am happy to say that it works great! It makes me feel refreshed and rejuvenated when it's hot outside and in doors. Especially when there is a breeze then it gets even better.

I would recommend Misty Mate products to everyone because we all need some relief from the heat at some point and it's exciting to know that there are products out there to help cool us off.
